If you miss some of the services, can activate them through MsConfig in Control Panel Added mostly Applications (tools, System files and hotfixes) for proper Win functioning, several hyperdesk Themes as Visual Styles, many Walls, extended Control Panel...
During Setup please be patient on 13 minutes, and during RunOnce phase (see picture below).
